Добрый день. падает HTTPD при запуске. Выдается следующая ошибка

файлы, которые должны грузиться все на месте.

Система: Виста 32 бит. UCS, сервер отключены, добавил httpd в исключения НОДа, дал права администратора, дал доступ к папке Webservers на уровне System
Ничего не помогает.

Версия Денвера Denwer3_Base_PHP52_2012-06-27_a2.2.22_p5.2.12_zendoptimizer_m5.5.25_pma3.5.1_xdebug

Просьба помочь.

Если закоментировать строку 65, ругается на строку 66, и так далее.
Пробовал удалить Денвер, удалить диск, перезагрузить сервер, снова установить Денвер.
Ошибка остается!

Файл в Z:\usr\local\apache\logs отсутствует.

та же фигня, на вин2003. падает апач прожив секунд 20...
если после старта стукнуть по перышку в трее, то выдает такое сообщение:

попробовал комментировать строки, на которые ругается апач, в итоге пришлось закоментить все модули...
решил все установкой www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26368

Не запускался апатч на 2003 с этой ошибкой, установка с++ помогла

Ошибка абсолютно такая же, OS тоже w2008
установка vs c++ проблему не решила.
что еще может помочь в устранении данной проблемы
